Once I hear from you, I’ll arrange a time to chat—whether it’s over Skype, a phone call, or even a dinner date. This is where I introduce myself and see if we’re a great match. I genuinely enjoy connecting with couples and hearing their stories. Making sure we click is the first step to creating incredible memories together!

Step 2: Customise Your Package

After we’ve had a chance to meet and chat, I’ll put together a proposal just for you. This will include:

  • A breakdown of package options

  • Extras you can add on

  • Choices for prints or digital delivery

From there, we’ll work together to create a package that perfectly fits your day and your vision for your wedding photography. Once everything is finalized, I’ll send over a contract. Once signed, your date is officially booked!

When we’ve crafted something perfect for you both, I send through a contract and once you’ve signed I’ll lock your date in.

Congratulations, you’re in the books! 🎉

Now the fun begins. We’ll start planning your adventure session and I’ll share some amazing vendor recommendations to help bring your day to life. I’ll also send you helpful resources for everything from writing personal vows to scheduling your day for the best lighting—it’s all about making things as smooth and magical as possible.

You’ll find me in your inbox or DMs throughout the entire lead-up to your wedding because I believe in staying connected. Showing up on your big day as a stranger? Not my style!

During the week of your wedding, we’ll have one last catch-up—either in person or via Skype—to go over any final details and calm those pre-wedding jitters.

Then, it’s time for the big day, where all the magic happens!
